  1. Leading and advising on the development of purpose-driven involvement and engagement in data analytics.

  2. Re-designing face-to-face improvement training for virtual delivery; and delivering to multiple groups.

  3. Creating a structure and approach for a local ‘NHS as an anchor institution’ programme.
